Bowmore's library offers both English and French texts. Our French collection continues to expand.
Students of all grades are welcome in our Library Space to enjoy a good book or fine tune some research project. Our library learning commons is a flexible space that provides a wide and inclusive range of resources to support learning and achievement for all of our students in our school. Students will explore a variety of print and digital resources. They will understand how a library is organized, what a library's purpose is and develop habits to becoming lifelong readers. During Library time, students are encouraged to continue to develop their overall global competencies, which enable them to become creative, lifelong learners who contribute positively in the local and global community.
Please note: Covid 19 protocols are in place. The TDSB follows Toronto Public Health guidelines.
Students are using the space in their cohorts. Students are asked to sanitize before entering the library. Students are to sanitize when leaving the library. Masks and social distancing measures are reinforced in the library.
