I have consistently furthered my learning by partnering and communicating with like-minded educators who are innovators in their own classroom/field through PD sessions and my professional learning network on Twitter. I have also had the opportunity to participate in a variety of different workshops including Assistive Technology within Guided Reading Groups (June 2019), Applied Behavioural Analysis in the Classroom (Spring 2019), Design Thinking Workshop at Future Design School (Summer 2018), Teach with Tech Conference (Summer 2018), Maker Ed 2017 & 2018, Google Camp 2017-2019, Unleashing Learning 2017 & 2019, Leaps and Bounds PD (June 2018), Eureka Workshop (Winter 2018), STEM Marketplace (Fall 2017), OCTE Conference (Fall 2017) and the TDSB STEM Summer Professional Learning Vacation at Science North in Sudbury, ON (Summer 2017). This has helped me keep current with board initiatives and has inspired me to transform my pedagogy and educational practices.
