We are looking for parents, guardians and caregivers to be active voting members of the 2026/2027 school council. Elections will occur during this meeting.
Please note that a parent/guardian/caregiver does not need to be an Elected Voting member to attend and participate in School Council Meetings.

A reminder from Bloor Admin to please complete the Start of Year Forms, as soon as possible.
An email was sent out on August 27, 2026, from PowerSchool Enrollment. As well as an email from Bloor C.I. on August 31, 2026.
If you are not receiving emails from the school please contact the office.
The Bloor Collegiate Institute School Council meets on a regular basis to ensure open lines of communication between home and school.

Help Make Bloor CI's 100th Anniversary Fun Fair Amazing!
Bloor CI is celebrating its 100th anniversary with a fun-filled Fun Fair for students!
This special event is organized by students for students and will take place during school on:
Tuesday, May 26, 2026 and run for approximately 2 hours in the afternoon.
Attendance will be taken before and after the event, and students will be expected to participate in the activities.
Students can look forward to:
Live performances
Food & ice cream trucks (cash required)
Craft tables, face painting & caricatures
A free thrift market
Fire truck visit, meet our neighbourhood police constables and paramedic services
Games like basketball, cornhole, ring toss, frisbee target throwing, “Minute to Win It,” and more...including a raffle for prizes

presentation by Paul Davis, Social Networking Safety Advocate & Expert. He will present to students and their parents/guardians about technology, social media & safety.

Credit Rescue Day - Monday December 8, 2025
An email was sent from Bloor C.I. Admin this morning (Thursday December 4, 2025) with important informatifon for Bloor C.I.s first Credit Rescue Day of the year. The purpose of hosting a Credit Rescue Day is to ensure that all of our students have equal opportunity to find academic success here at Bloor.
Students attending credit rescue will be invited by their teacher directly who will provide instruction on how students can use the day to find success in their courses.
Students who are not invited to Credit Rescue Day, should not attend school on this date. They are encouraged to begin studying for exams and complete any outstanding work at home on this date. For students not attending credit rescue who have not been invited by their teachers to attend, the student will NOT be marked absent.
Please note that Gr. 12 students who have booked their Graduation Photo sitting must still attend at their scheduled time on this date.
