Leadership is one of the core pillars of NHS; therefore, all members are expected to serve TCU and the local community by leading at least one activity or event during the school year. Members are encouraged to review the leadership roles and consider one to two opportunities they may be interested in leading.

At our May large-group meeting, members will sign up for one leadership opportunity that best fits their interests and strengths. Over the summer, members will begin planning their event and gathering necessary resources in preparation for the upcoming school year.

Leads and Coordinators are required to meet with NHS officers at an officers’ meeting at least one month prior to their event to review progress, share updates, and confirm next steps. This check-in helps ensure events are well-planned, supported, and successful.

Note: Members serving as leaders for the 9th Grade Freshman Focus initiative are not required to sign up for an additional opportunity, as this role fulfills the NHS leadership requirement. 

Each NHS Member must sign up for ONE of the activities listed below.  Before signing up, review the "Leads Remaining" column.  If the column is GREEN, there is still need for a lead(s).  If the column is RED, that opportunity is full, so please sign up for a different opportunity.
