Upcoming Events

February 27th ~ Diploma Name Verification - If you/your Senior's name in Infinite Campus is misspelled, missing punctuation, capitalized incorrectly, or in any way differs from your/your students name on their birth certificate, please fill out THIS FORM by February 27th. We will be ordering diplomas soon and want to ensure that all names are correct.

March 13th ~ Name Change Request Form - If you would like to be called by a different name (e.g. a nickname, middle name, shortened name, alternate name, or remove part of a name) as you cross the stage please document this request here (if you have already returned a form to Mrs. Chapman, you can disregard this request). We will contact parents (regardless of age) to get permission, in writing, to make this change. 

March 26 ~ Cap and Gown Delivery Day - Cap and Gowns and Announcements (if ordered) will be distributed from 11:15 - 1:30 in the cafeteria lobby.  OFF-CAMPUS SENIORS can come anytime to the cafeteria lobby between 11:15 - 1:30. If you cannot make it on this day your cap and gown will be in Mrs. Chapman's room (512 math); you can come and pick it up anytime thereafter at your convenience. Jostens has sent an email to all parents (the email that was given on the order form) of seniors who owe money with an invoice and an option to pay online. They will also accept cash or check in-person on delivery day. 

March 31st ~ Post Graduation Plans Form  ~ All seniors MUST fill out THIS FORM for the guidance department to let them know your plans after graduation. This information will be used to provide guidance, plan special events, and for records and transcript purposes. THIS IS NOT OPTIONAL and VERY SHORT.

April 24th ~ Senior Signing Day & Elementary School Walk - More info to come.

May 2nd ~ Prom

May 22nd ~ Senior Awards Day & BHS Bash - More info to come. 

June 4th ~ Mandatory Graduation Practice @ Brevard Music Center, 3:30-5:30 pm

June 5th ~ Graduation @ Brevard Music Center at 6 pm
