Important Info

• May 29 - June 5 - Final Exams

• June 4th ~ All Fees Due (this includes library fees, AP no-show fees, chromebook fees, and any extracurricular fees) 

  • Diplomas & transcripts will be withheld until all fees are paid. 

• June 4th ~ Mandatory Graduation Practice @ Brevard Music Center, 3:30-5:30 pm

  • Practice is MANDATORY and DO NOT BE LATE!

    • Attire is casual - Do not bring your cap and gown

    • Pizza and drinks will be provided directly after practice concludes.

• June 5th ~ Graduation @ Brevard Music Center at 6 pm

  • Attire is formal. Make sure you bring your cap/gown and tassel. Only approved cap decals are permitted. Any unapproved decorations will need to be removed or you may not participate in the ceremony.

  • Once you check in you will be allowed to walk the property, visit with friends and family, and take pictures until you are called backstage.

  • Seniors will be parked by the TCSO in a designated spot. Guests will be parked nose-to-tail so carpooling and arriving early are highly suggested. Please anticipate significant traffic delays surrounding the event and plan travel time accordingly. Handicapped parking is available upon request (ask the TCSO) and the entire venue is handicapped accessible with special wheelchair spots available on a first come basis.

  • No tickets are needed but reserving seats without someone present or overnight is not allowed.

  • The entire Graduation Ceremony will be live-streamed on the TCS YouTube Channel
