Why is there a deadline date for ordering?

Many of the items that make up your uniform are manufactured exclusively for your school. Receiving your order before or by June 15th allows us to prepare our inventory with the required sizes and quantities. Keep in mind that we need enough time to cut, sew and embroider all garments in order to ship what you need before the start of school. Therefore, orders received after the deadline date cannot be guaranteed delivery before the start of school.

Can I modify my order?

Yes you can, so long as your order has not yet been shipped. Simply contact our customer service department to request a modification.

What if I am not sure about sizing?

Remember that when ordering uniforms in the spring, these items are intended to fit not just until September but also to the following June. To assist you, you may have your child’s measurements taken at the TCS school store, or during a Top Marks fitting session (should one be held this year). As well, a measurement chart is provided at the back of this booklet. Simply provide your child’s measurements and we will do our best to determine the sizing appropriate for your child. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact our customer service department.

How and where do you ship my order?

All orders with a Canadian address are shipped via Canada Post to your home. If you prefer to have your order shipped to your office, or an alternate address, please indicate so on your order form under the “ship to” section. International orders are shipped directly to the School, unless a Canadian address is provided.

What happens if my child grows (or loses weight) over the summer?

We recommend that when you receive your package, and before washing any of the items, that your child try everything on. If an exchange is required, there is an exchange form included in the package with very simple instructions on how to process.

Can I order more clothes later on in the school year?

Yes, you can order anytime during the year. As well, shirts, socks and sweaters can be purchased directly through the TCS school store.

How do I best care for my uniform items?

Enclosed in your package of uniforms will be a detailed sheet showing the recommended washing instructions for each item of your uniform. Please read these instructions carefully. Proper care of your uniform extends the life of the garments considerably!

What is your return/exchange policy?

You have 60 days from the date your child starts school. You can return any garment for exchange or for a full refund as long as the

garment has never been worn, washed or altered.

Bear Boutique FAQ

1. When can I purchase gently used items from the Bear Boutique?

The sale dates for gently used items are to be announced. However, used uniform items will be available for purchase starting in late August and September.

2. What kind of items are available?

The Bear Boutique offers gently used Top Marks uniform items that have been donated by the TCS community.

3. Who runs the Bear Boutique?

The Bear Boutique is operated by parent volunteers under the TCS Parents’ Guild. Proceeds from sales go toward enhancing the student experience at TCS.

4. Can I purchase used uniforms throughout the school year?

Yes! Replacement uniform items are available for purchase throughout the school year.

5. How can I get assistance with purchasing used uniforms?
