Fact Finding Students in 6th grade have been working hard and learning about Digital Literacy. During Quarter 1, students created a "Digital Billboard" where they listed activities that they were interested in that they would be okay with sharing online. In Quarter 2, students are using digital etiquette to create blog posts and sticky note comments in class.
Students in 6th Grade Fact Finding used examples from class and what they learned about online etiquette and ethics to examine the differences between the three topics. Students realized that Cyberbullying, Bullying, and Digital Drama can appear in many different ways in their own lives. Students understand that not all forms of bullying are the same. Sometimes this appears online (Cyberbullying) or In Person. Digital Drama can take the form of gossip, rumors, or even clickbait.
