During November, students participated in a gratefulness activity during their library programming. All elementary students took time to pause and tell Ms. Chipman what they were thankful for. Here are some of the examples our students came up with. We have many thankful students in our community! Happy Thanksgiving from Ms. Chipman & Ms. Rink!
Mrs. Chipman also used books titled "The Scarecrow" by Beth Furry, "The Fierce Yellow Pumpkin" by Margaret Wise Brown, and "Skeleton Hiccups" by Margery Cuyler to encourage students to color fall-themed items like crows and turkey feathers!
Elementary Specials have been busy and creative during their library time. During each week, students who come to the library after finishing getting a silent reading book for the week are allowed to use Makerspace materials to build, create, and explore! Below are some of the images gathered from this school year.
