Unit 3: Communication Technology

In the communicational technology unit, we had mainly gone over adobe illustrator tutorials, different kinds of files, principles and elements of design, and we created logos that had a correlation to the skilled trades career development unit. We spent several days upon adobe tutorials and we created cacti; our main objective was to use the tools properly and create an identical cactus to the image that was given to us on google classroom. We learnt about vector and raster files, and how they were different from each other; this one was quite comparatively brief. We learnt about principles and elements of design, and on how we could potentially create logos that follow particular principles and elements. As we had learnt a lot on adobe illustrator throughout this unit, we had to create a logo using the slideshow about principles and elements of design and adobe illustrator. This unit was mainly about digital designing aspects.
