University of Toronto 2025 National Scholarship
School nomination deadline for the National Book Award: October 10
Student deadline to apply for the 2025 National Scholarship: October 17

Lester B. Pearson International Student Scholarships - University of Toronto, Deadline is October 10 for school nomination, OUAC admission application deadline October 17 and November 7 for student application.
TD Scholarships for Community Leadership Award - Twenty awards of up to $70,000 over years 4 Deadline is October 22.
Terry Fox Humanitarian Award - The maximum value of the award is $28,000 dispersed over four years. The deadline is December 1.
Queen’s Chancellor Scholarship - Queen's University offers 50 Chancellor's Scholarships to students chosen on the basis of school nomination. Students must apply for admission to Queen’s through OUAC. The deadline is December 8 for application.
Beyond Tomorrow Scholars Program - UBC’s new award program supports undergraduate Black Canadian students. To be considered for this award, applicants need to submit their UBC application by December 1 and apply by December 15.
Western University National Scholarship - In order to be considered for the National Scholarship Program a school nomination is required. The nomination is for the student to be considered for the scholarships available within the National Scholarship Program. Each school can nominate up to 4 students. Applications will be available mid-November. The deadline is February 14.

Beyond Tomorrow Scholars Program - UBC’s new award program supports undergraduate Black Canadian students applying to both campuses. There are a number of award categories based on student need. Some are one-time and some are renewable up to $80,000. In addition to the financial assistance, scholars will be supported with a range of programming dedicated to student success. To be considered for this award, applicants need to submit their UBC application by December 1.

The Federation of Portuguese Canadian Business & Professionals (FPCBP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting various business initiatives and fostering academic achievement among Luso-Canadian Youth.

Eligibility for Participation:
Student applicants must be Ontario residents currently enrolled in Grade 12 - High School.
Applicants must also meet the criteria outlined for Portuguese descent as detailed in the application guidelines.

Guidelines and Rules for Student Applicants:
Provide a brief biography highlighting academic achievements, work and volunteer experiences, and the reasons they believe they should be considered for this award.
Encouraged to share any personal challenges that have shaped their educational journey, particularly those that demonstrate their determination and perseverance.
May also include how this scholarship would support their goals and positively impact their future.
Important Points to Consider:
All applications must be electronically submitted via the provided application portal by the deadline of March 10, 2025, at 11:59 PM (EST).
Submissions via email will not be accepted, and incomplete applications will not be considered for review.
Only successful candidates will receive communication regarding their application status.
Recipients of Prizes:
Awardees are required to attend the 2025 FPCBP Gala on May 10, 2025, at the Pearson Convention Centre in Brampton to receive their scholarship.

Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) Past President’s Scholarships is available to high school students pursuing post-secondary education.
Eligible students may apply for one of eight awards: two $5,000 first-place, two $2,500 second-place, two $2,000 third-place, and two $1,500 fourth-place awards.
To be considered for these essay-based scholarships, applications must be submitted via email to scholarships@trreb.ca no later than Friday, March 28, 2025 at 3 PM.
