REPORTING AN ABSENCE

Reporting An Absence 

There are 3 convenient methods to report an absence: (please do not send notes, email, OR call the school)

1. School Messenger App (FREE):  available at Apple App Store or Google Play Store 

• Select Sign Up 

• Select Attendance 

• Select Report an Absence 

2. Web and Mobile Web: https://go.schoolmessenger.com 

• Select Sign Up 

• Select Attendance 

• Select Report an Absence 

3. Toll-free Automated Phone System 

•  Call 1 (833) 251-3286 

•  Follow the prompts 

Absences can be reported in advance: 

• 24 hours/day 

• 7 days a week 

Up to a maximum of 10 consecutive days. 

Please note that when creating an account, register using the email address and phone number associated with your child's student record. 

If you do not wish to receive notification when your child is absent, be sure to report the absence in advance.. 

If you do receive notification of your child's absence,,be sure to provide the reason as quickly as possible, using one of the 3 methods listed above.

If you cannot set up your account, you do not see the ATTENDANCE option, or you do not see your child(ren) listed in your account, please contact the school directly at 416-393-5538 to check that your correct email address is associated with your child(ren).
