Learn about mindfulness

We learn from Sick Kids that mindfulness involves paying attention, on purpose, with kindness. Think about it as the opposite of multi-tasking. Instead of switching between lots of things, you’re paying full attention to and being completely aware of what you’re doing from one moment to the next.

Mindfulness is linked to lower stress levels, more even moods, better memory and concentration and a stronger immune system.
