Timetable Changes

Please note that you MUST use the Google Forms in order to make a timetable change. You cannot request a change via email. The Google Forms to request changes for the 2025-26 school year are now available below.

Please note that only Semester 2 changes can be requested as Semester 1 changes are now closed. The only request open for Semester 1 is to drop a course. This request will be followed by an inquiry from Guidance and a Withdrawal Form must be signed if approved.

The last day to drop a course in Semester 1 without having a mark appear on your transcript is November 24th.

Drop a course

This form is to be used only to request to remove a course from your timetable.

Switch a course

This form is to be used if you are both removing a course and adding a new one in its place.

Add a new course

This form is to be used only to request a new course in a period where you currently have a spare.

Community Service Hours

Please review the NEW resources below and note that there have been updates to the 2024-2025 Community Service Hours and Guidelines. The Community Involvement Form is also included so that students can save and complete electronically or print and scan for hour submission. Changes for this year include the fact that paid community service hours are NO LONGER permitted.

Continuing Education

Registration for Semester 1 night school is now closed. If you have any issues, you will need to reach out to your night school teacher or administrator.

Student Success

Not all heroes wear capes! A major part of virtual learning is supporting your overall success. Your Guidance Counsellor is here to be part of your network of support and work with you, your parent or guardian and teachers. These supports include Administration, Special Education Monitoring Teacher, Student Success Teacher and any other support staff including but not limited to Child-Youth Care Worker, Social Worker and Psychologist.
