Timetable Changes

The Google Forms to request changes for the 2026-27 school year are now available below. Please note that you MUST use the Google Forms in order to make a timetable change. You CANNOT request a change via email. You must be logged into your TCDSB account in order to complete the form. Please understand that this is simply a request and there are no guarantees that changes can be accommodated. Students are asked to follow their timetable until any changes are confirmed by Guidance. The last day to be added to a new course in Semester 1 was Friday September 18th.

Please complete this community service form and email the completed form to Ms. Chiera. Only this form will be accepted.

Please review the NEW resources below and note that there have been updates to the Community Service Hours and Guidelines. The Community Involvement Form is also included so that students can save and complete electronically or print and scan for hour submission. Changes for this year include the fact that paid community service hours are NO LONGER permitted.

NEW!!! The Ministry of Education will be issuing certificates for students who go above the required hours and complete 50 hours or more of community service. In order to be eligible, graduating students need to have submitted their hours by Friday April 16th as certificates need to be ordered. Please see the Grade 12 Page for more information.

Continuing Education

NIGHT SCHOOL REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED!

PLEASE NOTE THAT REGISTRATION FOR NIGHT SCHOOL IS NOW CLOSED. A preliminary list of cancelled courses will be available on the evening of October 2, 2026 (Friday).

Your night school teacher will reach out to you directly as we do not have any information for night school course links. Please be patient as they may reach out on the first day of classes. Night school dates and times can be found below.

For students who have registered for night school, you will need to connect with the Continuing Education Department, your Night School Teacher or Night School Principal if there are any issues.

Student Success

Not all heroes wear capes! A major part of virtual learning is supporting your overall success. Your Guidance Counsellor is here to be part of your network of support and work with you, your parent or guardian and teachers. These supports include Administration, Special Education Monitoring Teacher, Student Success Teacher and any other support staff including but not limited to Child-Youth Care Worker, Social Worker and Psychologist.
