Uploads of marks to Universities and Colleges occur periodically throughout the year. Please review all marks during reporting periods and connect with Guidance if there is an error. Students should check to ensure that all the marks have been transmitted correctly.
Each year we host an assembly for students who are in their graduating year to help review graduation requirements, pathway planning and the process of applying for post-secondary. If you are not able to attend our Grad assembly, or simply need a review, please see the resources shared below. :)

OUEvents Registration - What You Need to Know
Registration for OUEvents opens in early August, and everyone is strongly encouraged to sign up. The OUEvents Pass is used for the Ontario Universities' Fair and Regional Fairs registration. It is a personalized QR code that allows registrants to instantly share their contact information with the universities they are interested in.
Information Sessions attendees must sign up for the virtual event to access the event website.
Ontario Universities' Fair (OUF) : September 27-28, 2025, 9:30 am to 5 pm daily, Metro Toronto Convention Centre, South Building.
New: University presentation rooms are back for 2025! Check the OUEvents website later this summer for more information and schedules.
Ontario Universities' Regional Fairs: Fair-style events hosted across Ontario from September 15 to October 17.
Virtual Information Sessions: September 16, from 6 to 8 pm (ET), and November 10, from 5 to 7 pm (ET). Event schedules will be posted closer to the dates of each event.
