What are cells?
Cells are the basic unit of an organism that control everything in them. Cells are made up of many different parts that also have specific functions.

Come in several shapes and sizes.
Can do all life's functions: grow, reproduce, use energy, and interact with the environment.
Can be wither prokaryotic (simple) or eukaryotic (complex).
