Welcome to the public website for Project ÉTUDE: Extended Time Use for Disability Equity!
How do students with disabilities engage with test questions? How do they use extended time accommodations on a test? And how can we use data from real students to improve accommodation decision making?
We use data from the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP), also known as the Nation’s Report Card, to answer these kinds of questions. This website is designed to communicate our results to educators, researchers, and policy makers, among other stakeholders. We hope that you find this information useful!
Visit the Takeaways page for non-technical summaries for teachers, parents, students, and other stakeholders in the accommodations process.

You can also get more background information on accommodations generally, or on the NAEP tests.
Finally, you can learn more about the researchers!
