The primary assignment of the committee will be to:
Review convention site information and recommend a site to host the 2027 Convention
Review convention site information and recommend a site to host the 2028 Convention.
This committee will hold its first meeting at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 24. Refer to the Room Schedule for exact room. Some District Directors will serve as advisors to this group. One will preside over the opening meeting and will ask the group to select the chair, who must be an appointed member of your committee and an official Convention voting delegate.
Your chair will present the committee's report to the Convention in the Second Business Meeting on Friday afternoon. This committee is responsible for informing the Convention of all background information it needs to act upon your report and recommendations.
Links to the basic information spreadsheet and previous information sheets are located to the left. Executive Director Gomulinski will be available to answer questions and can attend to provide insight in the operation of previous Conventions.
Please provide electronic copies of all files, motions, reports, and proposals to the Convention Chair and Executive Director via email (tbp.convbus@tbp.org) prior to the Business Meeting when a report will be presented.
