HEALTH AND P.E

In General I fell my Hauora is in very good shape.

Taha Wairua (Spiritual)

My spiritual well being, I am half christian because of my mum. What I do know is that I believe in living life to the full and I try to be a good person. I like being active and getting out and doing things and I don't like wasting time doing nothing at all. I don't have any social media, because I would rather live my life .I can't be bothered playing video games or sports like Cricket and Golf or table tennis, I would rather be playing football , Futsal and Tae Le ho to keep my spirit in good shape, which are all things I would rather do. If someone challenges me though, being nice is off the table and I stand up for myself.

Taha Tinana (Physical)

I enjoy training and being active. I do this because I want to keep being active and have a body that is able to do whatever physical things I want it to. Things like stretching, using foam rollers and doing different exercises are also helping me to get all of my sore from injures at football. To improve further with my Taha Tinana I could probably look after myself out in the sun a bit more by using sun block more often. I also need to eat more meat - generally I eat pretty healthy food, but I don't eat enough meat. In general though this dimension is pretty good for me.

Taha Whanau (Social)

My family are really important to me. I think I have pretty good relationships with them, but I can get a little annoyed with my dad and mum every now and then, so that is probably a work on. I am pretty confident with other people and around my friends, which is a big part of my social wellbeing, but I need to make more of an effort to catch up with my friends more in my spare time, as I don't do this as much as I should.

We go camping together which is nice as we spend time together

Taha Hinengaro (Mental & Emotional)

My Taha Hinengaro is not too bad, I usually go to to bed to bed early, which makes me happy for in the morning, but generally my emotional wellbeing is pretty positive. When something goes wrong though, I do tend to dwell on it heaps and I need to stop worrying and let it go. This will make me more productive at work and a nicer human. I am pretty good at solving problems and thinking about the bigger picture of things most of the time, but I should alway remember to ask others for their ideas, as sometimes they can give good solutions to things I am stuck on. To improve further I need to not get angry when people challenge me, as I sometimes don't think things through when I feel challenged.
