Pest Inquiry
Reflect on how you went during your inquiry. I think it went well. What did you learn? All about the affects Tahr have on the New Zealand environment.
Explain how you worked toward your goals and how it helped your learning. It helped me stay on track. What worked? Listening better. What didn’t? Contacting an expert. What will you do differently next time? Contact an expert quicker. How did you improve from the last inquiry? I had more details and completed pretty much everything.

My second Inquiry went… Pretty well in my opinion. I think this was because… I had lots more information, more details, and had most things there.
The Pest Inquiry was really useful as it taught me… All about the damage pest like tahr can cause to the environment in New Zealand.
How do I feel about Inquiry now that I’ve spent 10 weeks in it? Well I have to say… I am enjoying inquiry, i find it very engaging compared to my old classes.
One of my goals was to… Be a better listener. by working on this goal it helped me to improve my learning because it taught me… how to stay on track.
The goal I did the best with was… listening better and staying on track. the reason it went so well was because… I paid more attention to instructions.
I was a bit frustrated with how one goal went because…. I didn't finish it very fast. (finishing quicker)
Next time I will… Try and do it quicker, by doing it at home. this will help me because…. I wont be so rushed all of a sudden.

1.I played in a U15 Non-rep badminton tournament and won singles and doubles.
I managed to listen to my teachers better; not missing any information other than when i was away.
I was able to stay focused while doing my work better; later in the term when i realized i have problems focusing at times.
I managed to get pretty good test results all over the board; like for example in my midterm report i got at least good or very good in all my subjects, and also got an 4M in my ancestry inquiry.
