What was your role in the team? How well did you feel you fulfilled that role? What did you do? CEO, I did pretty well, but I struggled getting the people who don't work to buy in and work. I carried a lot of the workload because there were only really being 2 of us doing anything. 

What did you enjoy about the Business Challenge? Presenting to real people/experts who have real-world experiences in business.

This term was about learning how to innovate, design and present your ideas. What did you feel was the most useful thing you learned either during the Business Challenge or during the Innovation Inquiry? To find the problem before the solution

Working as part of a team was a key part of the Business Challenge. What were some key things you learned from this, and/or some challenges you had with working in a team? You can't expect people to just some you have to give them a job to help 

Finally, what could be done to improve the Business Challenge? e.g. 3 days instead of 2, more teaching of the key skills around finance or money, etc. Having the ability to stop people who are doing nothing and ending up with a couple of people to do all the work.  

1.  I completed this as I helped my team where needed, as I was CEO, so if someone was stuck, I would help 

2. I passed two out of three, so not bad, but not the full result I wanted, but I have another chance in September 

3. We went on a streak of three big wins, but have fallen away recently
