You have to keep working are body, so we don't get fat or injured are selves. Many people who become fat have a fixed mindset on physical activity because they think they can't change their appearance or get fit but really they can and their mind is holding them back which is bad for your well-being. A factor in becoming fit and helping your well-being is your diet, you should eat more fruits and veggies s or less junk food to help lower their weight.
You need your mental well-being to be good or else it affects every part of your well-being. If you have bad mental health then you can start worrying too much and go into depression or become really self concise and not go outside as much. If you want good mental health, talk about 3 good things in your life and stay in contact with other people.
If you play sports and you are stressed then you will want to unwind, also if you play well your stressed then it will affect your mind when you are playing and you won't be able to focus on what you're doing so it is important to keep your spiritual side in tacket by meditating or praying
I think I'm doing good with my whanau as I'm not arguing with my family as much, and I am helping out around the house. I am not in my room as much, and we are spending more time together. This will help in a team environment when you play a sport.
