it helped the volume of the haka and the movement when presenting with my class


when your playing sports you are confident to speak out to other players


It helps your physical hauora because you can be strong with your actions, for example when we were presenting it in the gym if you have strong actions you look presentable.


It helps with you social hauora because you can make friends when practicing and performing the haka.


It helps your mental hauora because if your having a hard time at home or somewhere else you can forget about it and just practice the haka


And finally your spiritual hauora you can just speak up and present yourself.
