One thing that has a great impact on my physical wellbeing is my social soccer, it is so exciting when we score a goal or, I get an awesome save. Another thing that has a great impact on my physical health is my social badminton, the desire to do great and win push's me to try harder. One thing that has a bad impact on my physical health is the temptation to go to the dairy or countdown. One thing I want to work on for my physical health is getting fitter so that when I play soccer I won't need to walk back to help the defenders.
One thing that has a great impact on my M and E wellbeing is my social soccer it's a great feeling when your teammates are cheering you on, and it feels great when you score a goal. Another thing that has had a great impact on my M and E wellbeing is being a librarian at TBC, it gives me something to do at lunchtime and I love it. One thing I need to improve on is getting distracted because it gives me more work which ultimately isn't good.
One thing that has a great impact on my Spiritual wellbeing is continuing to go to church, I already do this but it helps my wellbeing a lot. Another thing is putting heaps of effort into my work. Something I need to improve on is balancing homework and leasire activities.
Something that has a great impact on my Social health is going to board games club. It is so fun and I get to hang out with new people. Something else that has had a great impact on my social health is being a librarian because I see heaps of people and have fun with friends.
