Aim
The aim of your investigation.
Hypothesis

Results
The data collected from your investigation. Put together in a graph.
Conclusion
List how your results linked back to your hypothesis. State if or if not your hypothesis was correct.
Discussion
Discuss your investigation and list any important points. Write down improvements that could be made next time. Discuss how reliable and accurate your results were using results and anecdotes to prove your point.
Key words
Independent variable
The variable you will manipulate/change.
Dependent variable

Controlled variable
Variables that you are going to keep the same.
Fair test
How you will make your assessment fair, (eg how you will control the controlled variables)
Reliability
How reliable your results were.
Accuracy
How accurate your results are.
