physical. my fitness is good i do lots of moving in my week including box fit and UWH. i think my eating habits need some work because i would like to lose weight and become more slim . i have being doing great in my fitness and becoming more and more fit my the week and going very hard .
mental. my mental health is good i'm always doing stuff i enjoy and as a family we do lots of stuff and i do a-lot of stuff with my friends and kayak fish as well as hunting and swimming which keep me bissy. i need to work on my self love because i'm very harsh about my body and that type of stuff
social. i'm very social person and having being for along time so making friends isn't hard for me
