Using a Camera to submit Images of work
Chromebook
Click the circle in the bottom-left corner of the screen, then select the up-carrot.
Click the camera icon to open the the Camera app.
To take a photo, tap the capture button, which looks like a grey and white circle surrounded by a blue line.
To view the photos you've taken, click the photo preview circle in the bottom-right corner of the camera window.
If you've already closed out of the Camera app, you can access your photos and videos via your Files folder. To get there:
1. Click the circle in the bottom-left corner of the screen, and then click the up-carrot.
2. Next, click "Files."
3. Once the Files browser opens, select either the "Photos" or "Videos" section from the left sidebar.

How to take a picture with an Smart Phone
Launch the Camera app from your iPhone or iPad's Home screen.
Tap the Shutter button.
The picture will be in the Photo app.
From the Photo app, you can tap on the image and choose several different options. One of the options is email. You can email it to your teacher. You could also email the picture to yourself and download it to your computer, so you can attach it to an assignment your teacher created in Oncourse Classroom or Google Classroom.
How to Insert an image into a Google Slide
From a Chromebook:
There may be times when a teacher assigns a Google Slide or Google Doc that instructs the students to insert a photo to show their work. It may be a snapshot of a worksheet or piece of paper showing the student's work.
Click on the assignment from the teacher (this may be assigned in Oncourse Connect or Google Classroom).
Navigate to the slide where you will insert a photo.
Choose INSERT>IMAGE>Camera
Use the camera of the device to take a picture of the work.
You can take up to 3 pictures, then choose the best one to insert.
Use a clipboard to hold up a piece of paper in front of the camera.
Make sure your lighting is good, so that the teacher can read the writing on the paper.
