This diploma pathway is geared towards the student who DOES NOT plan to attend a four-year college or university. The goal of the Jump Start Diploma pathway to ensure the student has the skills, credentials, and practical application of knowledge to be employable in a high-wage, high-demand industry after high school.
If additional formal training is required, students who complete this diploma pathway meet the course requirements for the TOPS Tech Scholarship.
Loranger High currently offers 5 pathways on campus. However, students may choose other pathways by utilizing the Advanced College & Career Center. For a complete list of available career pathways, visit the Louisiana Believes Website.

Paying for College
Paying for College
Grants and Scholarships are FREE money to help pay for college. They do NOT have to be repaid.
Loans are money that must be repaid with interest after you graduate.
Check back frequently for scholarships you can earn during your freshman and/or sophomore year.
