Farouq holds a Master's in Engineering Project Management and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, both from The University of Jordan. His scholarly pursuits focus on the innovative integration of AI into construction safety protocols, such as safety training, education, and on-site safety enhancement, through a multi-disciplinary approach spanning civil engineering and project management. Before joining our team, Farouq gained substantial practical experience. He worked as a junior civil engineer overseeing transportation infrastructure projects, served as a site engineer for residential buildings, and designed a pre-stressed post-tension slab system for a dormitory project.

Omar holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Ain Shams University, Egypt, and a master’s degree in construction management technology from Texas State University. His research focused on integrating Extended Reality (XR) technologies in construction to enhance safety awareness among construction personnel. 

He has three years of experience in various construction roles, including Geotechnical Engineer, BIM Developer, and BIM Coordinator, contributing to multi-scale infrastructure projects across the MENA region. Omar has designed and implemented automated software packages and plugins in several construction domains, including a plugin published by Autodesk, used by over 300 professionals globally.
