Our theme this year is “All Aboard the Leadership Express”.

Trains are rooted in the history of Texas A&M University, as the train stop close to Texas A&M campus was called “the College Station”. This stop served as the main mode of transportation to and from Texas A&M due to the isolation of the university from other major cities in Texas. As time went on, the campus grew and the surrounding area was labeled College Station, TX in honor of the train stop. 

However, the other reason for this theme is the idea that leadership is a journey. We want attendees to explore how the different routes and stops they have made throughout their journey have impacted and developed their leadership style.
