Friday night will see attendees having a fun night in Aggie Park!

We have rented out Aggie Park for Friday Night! We'll have several activities for conference attendees to engage, connect, and enjoy their time in Aggieland!

Aggieland Movie Night

We will have a movie playing, popcorn, and drinks out in the main lawn! Join us as we watch a movie under the stars of Aggieland! Check our social media for the poll options and vote for your favorite!

Silent Disco

What other way to celebrate in aggie park than a Silent Disco? With up to 100 guests at a time, attendees can participate in their own disco by tuning into one of the five music radio channels. To accommodate, we will be doing rotating groups to ensure all who want to participate can! 

Yard Games and Photo Booth

Join us in the main lawn for Corn Hole, Jenga, Connect 4 and other yard games! Nothin beats a Friday night like spending it playing games under the bright Aggieland stars. We will also have a 360 photobooth for guests to take photos to remember this night and SSLC 2025. 

Kona Ice

We have also rented out a Kona Ice Drink and Conference Attendees will be able to get a free snow cone to help relax and enjoy the Friday night activities. 

Saturday Night will see several closing activities to help people connect and celebrate their time here in Aggieland and will be centered in the Century Ballroom of the TAMU Hotel and Conference Center.

Swap Shop - Outside the Century Ballroom

After closing, attendees will have the option to engage in Swap Shop! Brining merchandise/swag from your institution, you will be able to swap it with merchandise/swag from other institutions who are present at the conference! 

Trivia Night - Century Ballroom I

Join us for a night of fun trivia! ranging from SWACUHO knowledge to pop culture, we'll have a variety of topics and interest points!

Movie Night - Century Ballroom II

Join us a for movie night! With popcorn and drinks provided, this movie night will allow guests to relax and watch a movie! 

SSLC's Got Talent - Century Ballroom III

Join us to see what incredible talents we have at SSLC 2025! Conference attendees will be able to showcase they're amazing talents and skills! Be on the look out for sign ups!
