Through surveys and interviews, we aim to gather data on why students join specific student organizations and what influenced their decision to join. Using this, we can further analyze the extent to how much SPIES concentrates on their events, programs, and leadership opportunities. This approach will help this group explore different possibilities to further increase the enrollment of this organization.
Our team culture is built on a foundation of honesty, transparency, and accountability. Within all of our roles, we are each assigned a certain task and responsibility in which we are able to deliver an appropriate product to fulfill an assignment.
We are honest in the sense that we can communicate to other group members whenever a task is challenging. Our group will then chime in and deliver genuine feedback in order to progress through this challenge.
Our group focuses on transparency whenever we share our progress of each of our individual tasks. We ensure that our group agrees to share updates to our team's GroupMe, which increases communication and lowers the quantity of mistakes.
Finally, our group values accountability when dealing with assignments. Our team understands their roles and how their role ties into the assignment.
