Intro: Spying on SPIES is a research group dedicated to small group, whether it be in a collegiate setting or not, enhance their recruitment process. Our goal is to investigate the cause students and individuals joining one organization or the other by performing interviews and surveys.

Summary
Summary
The recruiting of sophomores and the factors that influence their decision to join SPIES or not would be the main subjects of our primary research. Using the information we gather from surveys and internal inquiries, we would submit our research findings and share them with the organization to help them recruit more sophomores to join their SLO. In order to determine whether we can develop concepts to apply to the SPIES SLO in order to help or favorably effect them as an organization, our secondary research would mostly compare the ethics of SPIES to advisory articles or other organizations. All things considered, another vital component that is significant to our research is our relationship with the SLO SPIES organization.
