We’re a group of Texas A&M students working together to make AI tools more accessible and useful for other students. For this project, we chose Gamma because of its potential to help with creating polished, professional presentations, something we all have to do in college. Each of us brought our own strengths to the table, from technical writing and design to research and editing.
Our goal was to create a clear, helpful instruction set that any student, no matter their major or experience level, can follow. We hope this site makes it easier to get started with Gamma and shows how AI can support creativity and communication in the classroom.
Howdy! I’m Bryan Dawson, a chemical engineering major in the Class of 2027 from Baytown, Texas. For this project, I worked as the Collector, Editor, and Submitter. I helped edit most of our written content and contributed to the Introduction and Audience Analysis sections to set the tone and direction for the site.
I like making sure things are clear, organized, and easy to follow, so I enjoyed helping our team shape everything into a final product that’s useful for other students.

That experience has guided me when working with new knowledge that must be learned to understand a task, as well as coordinating groups that may be spread across large distances and schedules.
Howdy! I’m Sara Crabtree, an Electrical Engineering major in the Class of 2027 from Tyler, Texas. For this project, I helped with writing the baseline step-by-step instructions for using Gamma, along with retrieving visual aids. I wanted to make sure everything was clear and easy to follow, especially for students who might be new to AI tools or presentation software.
I’m involved in the engineering sorority on campus, Phi Sigma Rho, where I serve as the Vice President of Standards. That experience has definitely helped me stay organized and work well with a team. I really enjoyed getting to break down something technical into something helpful for other students.
