Pre-Registration

If you currently plan to attend the 2026 CeNAM Frontiers in Nuclear Astrophysics Meeting at Texas A&M University, we request that you fill out a pre-registration form in order to help us organize travel support, lodging, and conference logistics such as catering. 

In this form, you will be asked to provide your name, affiliation, institutional email, career stage, subject area, which days you plan to attend, and whether or not you need travel support. (As of right now, we are only able to offer support for lodging, but a limited amount of additional support for early career researchers may be offered in the spring depending on availability of funding.) If you will be traveling internationally and need a letter of invitation for a visa, please contact us at frontiers2026@tamu.edu.

The pre-registration deadline is January 16, 2026.

Anyone who plans to participate in either the Junior Workshop (May 18–19) or the Main Conference (May 20–22) should complete the pre-registration form, including TAMU-affiliated participants, invited/guest speakers, and sponsors. Participants are encouraged to apply for a contributed talk once registration opens in January. All attendees will be offered a presentation during the poster session on Thursday if they are not selected for a talk.
