Our email list is run by mailchimp, a marketing company that handles large commercial email distributions. Because of that, some institutions (I'm looking at you, UK Met Office) block these emails, while other people may find the emails in their spam folders.
If you're not getting the emails at your work account, one suggestion is to register a personal gmail account in addition to your work account. The odds are that the info will show up at one of your accounts.
In the worst case, we archive recordings of the presentations on this web site, so you can watch anything you miss later.
