This course revolved around the due diligence process of real estate development. Items discussed in this class included: understanding the financial feasibility of a deal, site feasibility surrounding property situs, topography, soils, environmental issues, and infrastructure, and legal principles/procedures surrounding letters of intent and property conveyance. Value addition through the purchase and disposition of properties, along with obtaining entitlements were major discussion points of this class.
