The primary objective of this course is to instill into the students the necessary strategies, methods, tools, and desired outcomes to develop a successful sustainable real estate development and a successful real estate career. The topics covered will include market demographic analysis, site selection process, environmental analysis, concept ideation, real estate class determination, zoning and entitlement, endangered species considerations, financial analysis, financing strategies, and architectural methods. The culmination of the course will canvas some of the necessary skills and techniques to lead to a successful entrepreneurial career
