This course is an introduction to the principles of financial analysis related to the investment and development of real property including excel-based financial modeling for commercial and residential projects. Concepts to be discussed include structuring of cash flow models for income producing property, creation of amortization tables for debt financing, discounted cash flow analysis and the calculation of return to investors
