Mission

B-Company provides all cadets with experiences and mentorship through which they are taught the hard-learned lessons of life and equipped with the skills, wisdom, and habits of excellence that will prepare them for their future endeavors. With the lessons learned and relationships built in B-Company, cadets will become authentic, disciplined, and driven leaders who consistently push for growth, and dive into any obstacle they encounter. 

Vision

B-Company will constantly confront its cadets with the difficult choice of choosing challenge over comfort in all facets of their lives. Through a united effort to grow and overcome these challenges, B-Company will become a family where all cadets are invested in one another through both their failures and successes. Even in their inevitable shortcomings, B-Company cadets will always remain hellbent on pushing past their perceived limits as they choose to challenge and chase excellence together.

When confronted with challenges, B-Company cadets are called to channel pride and ignite passion within themselves as they fight tooth and nail against adversity. In the face of insurmountable odds or even failure, Streetfighters stand strong together, take heart, and sustain the fiery spirit within themselves which drives them past their limits, and ultimately, to victory over hardship.
