The Aggie Band is a major unit organized into two minor units with three outfits. The infantry band is the minor unit responsible for A-Company, B-Company, and C-Company. Your instrument type does not limit you from joining the infantry or artillery band.
Infantry Band creates an environment for cadets to take charge and apply leadership skills. Through hands-on experience and intentional relationships, cadets hone in on the practice of leadership and apply our core values daily.
Infantry Band is where all cadets learn to become one; sharing blood, sweat, and tears to develop a united front that embraces and seeks challenges to conquer. Cadets will be above reproach, demanding the highest standards of integrity, excellence, and humility from themselves and others. When the time comes to lead, cadets will be equipped and able to charge forward.
“I am the Infantry. Follow me!”
Infantry Band will be a united battalion where all units are held and hold each other to shared standards. While keeping the importance of outfit culture, the health and unity of the battalion create more resources and abilities for all levels of cadets to develop themselves, their units, the battalion, the Aggie Band, and The Corps of Cadets.
