Katie Ward

Howdy! My name is Katie Ward, and I will be the Supplemental Instruction leader for Professor Knoop's ACCT 229 sections this fall! I am a junior finance major from Waxahachie, Texas, and this is my fourth semester being an SI Leader for this course.

Some things about me:

  • I have a cat named Bug, he is my pride and joy <3

  • I also have 2 yellow labs, Juicy and Jazzy, I love them with my whole heart

  • I am a big Taylor Swift fan (get ready to listen to her during sessions)

  • I'm on the TAMU Wakeboarding team and a member of the Alpha Delta Pi sorority

  • I love to run, volunteer with children, play Just Dance on Wii, and be outdoors

  • I am a gymnastics coach for kids aged 5-12

Bug! He loves to jump on camera when I'm on Zoom so you will probably be seeing a lot of him :)
