The classic tasks of psychotherapy include setting boundaries, finding out who you are, taking more control over your relationships, setting goals instead of reacting to problems.  Jungian analysis would never belittle any of those skills, but we take a different approach.  We teach our patients how to negotiate with the spirits, demons, and fairies that are running their lives.
