What it is: 

Fundamental learning topics that can benefit ICs & People Leaders

Who it's for: 

Hi-Potential ICs that have been identified for, or expressed interested in, leading others in the next 6-9 months

Time commitment: 

The program consists of five 60-minute sessions with approximately 15 minutes of pre- or post-work each week.

Session times are based on geography to accommodate our global teams.  Once you're placed in a cohort for your location, you will meet weekly at that time!

Leading others can be challenging, LEAD can set you up for success with foundational Leadership concepts.

Who it's for: 

Leadership Essentials & Development (LEAD) is for soon-to-be, first-time, or new(er) people leaders.

Time commitment: 

LEAD consists of five 60-minute sessions with approximately 15 minutes of pre- or post-work each week.

Our Leadership Growth Academy (OLGA) digs into topics rooted in trust & psychological safety as foundations to an engaged & productive team. 

Who it's for: 

OLGA is ideal for people leaders in their first 2nd & 3rd years of leading others, or those who grew into their leadership role organically within the organization. 

Time commitment: 

OLGA consists of six 60-minute sessions with approximately 15 minutes of pre- or post-work each week.
