Robotics for Junior Students

Computational Thinking (CT) is a problem solving process that includes a number of characteristics and dispositions. CT is essential to the development of computer applications, but it can also be used to support problem solving across all disciplines, including the arts, math, and science.

Robotics is a great way to introduce Computational Thinking to your students and also scaffold them towards more complex projects.

In this workshop we will explore the Botley Robots and how they can be integrated into the junior programme. As well we will look at several unplugged activities that teach computational thinking.
