Hi there!

I’m Mrs. Timmons and I was fortunate to join the Lake Wilderness Elementary School family about 7 years ago. Before that, I worked in several different roles in the field of education. I taught kindergarten in a private school setting, worked as an assistant director in an Early Ed Childcare, supported the Early Ed program at Renton Tech for several years, and then worked as a sub in the Tahoma School District before getting hired at Lake Wilderness. I also have three children who currently attend Tahoma schools!

I enjoy being a part of this corner of the education world, supporting the RAP program!! We know that reading is essential in many areas of life, and I find it meaningful to help children grow and develop into more effective readers through our program. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, as well as traveling and making memories with my family!
