Greetings!
I feel so lucky to be a part of Lake Wilderness Elementary School. My first day as a Wildcat was in third grade, and I never imagined I would find myself right back here working with students as an educator. I live in Maple Valley with my husband, and we have two kids who went through Lake Wilderness as students and are now in middle school.
I am currently attending W.G.U. for my bachelor's degree in early education, and my passion is offering support to students who need it most. Working as a para in our RAP program fills my bucket each day. Our Wildcats inspire me to be creative, innovative and push me to think about things differently all the time. My goals are to create a space where students feel comfortable trying the hard things and are ready to celebrate each stride they make, whether big or small! I feel so lucky to come to this special place each day, I really do love what I do.
