活動簡介：

本校秉承辦學團體「耶穌寶血女修會」的核心價值，以耶穌基督犧牲、修和、與弱小者同行的精神教導學生。

本校今年與「香港傷殘青年協會」合辦「給聽障的祝福」--全港小學生繪畫比賽。除了給予機會同學發揮藝術創意，也藉藝術發揮正能量，向外界傳揚關心弱勢社群的訊息。這次比賽也榮獲「萬希泉鐘錶有限公司」及「鄺美雲珠寶公司」鼎力贊助。 

今年比賽反應熱烈，我們共收到來自28間小學，近500份作品。在6月期間，各位贊助者、協辦機構代表、聯同黃教授，花了一整天時間，在芸芸作品中選出50位同學接受獎項。

頒獎典禮在2023年7月8日假本校禮堂，聯同本校藝術展一併舉行。頒獎典禮當天，我們邀請了鄺美雲太平紳士(全國人大代表暨鄺美雲珠寶有限公司董事長)、沈慧林先生(萬希泉珠寶有限公司創辦人兼行政總裁)、黃文泰先生(香港聾人協進會主席)，以及黃詠珊女士(香港浸會大學視覺藝術院助理教授)一同蒞臨主禮。當天十分熱鬧，共超過100位得獎學生及其家長或老師一起出席。頒獎典禮後，一眾嘉賓和得獎的家長、學生和老師也順道參觀了本校的藝術展。與會者也對本校同學的藝術作品十分欣賞。

1. 比賽目的 Aims of the competition

1.1 .寄望同學能藉著藝術，表達對聽障社群的關心。

We hope students can express the concern to the hearing impaired through art.

1.2 藉比賽激發同學創意，互相交流，並一展所長。

 We aim to inspire creativity among students interested in art, by giving them an opportunity to showcase their talent and to learn from each other

3. 作品要求Requirements of Works

3.1 小一至小二：填色及繪畫

P1-P2 : Coloring and Drawing

A) 在A4紙上列印大會所準備的畫稿。

   Print the draft prepared by the conference on A4 paper.

B) 在畫稿上填色。

  Fill in the drawing.

C) 配合主題「給聽障的祝福」，在其餘位置上加入其他相關圖像。

In line with the theme "A Blessing to the Hearing Impaired", add other related images on the remaining positions.

3.2 小三至小六：繪畫

     P3-P6 : Drawing

A) 以「給聽障的祝福」為主題，繪畫一張平面作品，顏料不限。恕不接受電腦繪畫。

Create a graphic work on the theme “A Blessing to The Hearing Impaired”. There is no colour restriction for the work. Computer graphics are not accepted.

B) 將作品繪畫於一張A3 (297x420mm) / 八開(272x393/ 260x380mm) 畫紙上。

Draw the work on an A3 (297x420mm) / 8K(272x393/ 260x380mm) paper.

8. 參加辦法Entry Submission:

8.1郵寄/手送

填妥參加表格，將參賽表格貼於作品背後，於截止日期前將作品郵寄或直接送抵德貞女子中學(九龍深水埗興華街西9號)。如以郵寄方式遞交作品，請於信封註明參加「給聽障的祝福」--全港小學生繪畫比賽 。

Submitted by mail / hand delivery

Fill in the registration form and paste it at the back of the work. Submit the work to Tack Ching Girls’ Secondary School (9 Hing Wah Street West, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon) by post or in person on or before the submission deadline. Please states “A Blessing to Hearing Impaired -- Hong Kong Primary School Students Drawing Competition” on the envelope if delivered by post.

8.2恕不接受使用曾在其他比賽中獲獎的作品參賽。

Entries that have received awards in other competitions will not be accepted.

8.3所有呈交作品，無論獲獎與否，概不退回。

All submissions will not be returned.

10. 結果公佈及領獎

Result announcement and award presentation ceremony

10.1 比賽結果將於2023年6月20日前在比賽網址上公佈。獲獎同學及學校將個別收到通知。頒獎禮將於2023年7月舉行，而典禮的安排或細節將於稍後公布。

The results will be announced on the website for the competition on June 20, 2023. The winners and schools will be notified individually. The award presentation ceremony will be held in July 2023, and the arrangements and details of the award presentation ceremony will be announced at a later stage.

10.2 得獎者必須出席頒獎典禮，所有獎項不設補發。

Winners must attend the award presentation ceremony. All awards will not be reissued.

11. 主辦單位保留修改比賽規則的權利

The organizer reserves the right to amend the rules of the competition.

12. 如有任何爭議，主辦單位保留最終決定權，參賽者不得異議。

In case of any dispute, the decision of the organizer will be final and binding on all parties concerned.

13. 個人資料（私隱）收集聲明

Personal Data (Privacy) Collection Statement

參賽者提供的個人資料只會用於與本活動有關的事宜，並會於比賽後銷毀。

Personal data provided by participants will only be used for matters related to this event. Such data will be disposed of after the competition.
