Explanations
The default values in this overview are the basis for determining working time related infringements in the infringement report. A distinction is made in the following categories:
general terms/definitions, e.g. start and end of the working week
EU working time directives, which can, however, be replaced by country-specific regulations
General working time regulations, which can be adapted for the company or the fleet/driver group, e.g. in consultation with the works council or the legal authorities
country-specific specifications/options, in case there are specific regulations
