What is Trailhead?
Trailheadis the second stop on the LeaderPath journey, answering four questions about the community of Tab: Who we are, Why we are here, where we are going, and what your part is. Trailhead meets on Sunday mornings for four weeks, covering one of the questions each week. Grab your Bible, invite a friend, or come and make new friends and continue your discipleship journey at Tab Church!

Handout for weeks 1-4 of Trailhead
Week 1 lays the foundation by discussing the history of Tab, what we believe, membership, discipline and reconciliation, and church officers.
Week 2 discusses the vision, mission, core values of the church, and the leaders define the culture tool
Week 3 discusses the four missional areas inside the church, our annual focus, and what the vision/mission looks like in the life of the Church.
Week 4 discusses what role each person plays at Tab, how we have to be counter-cultural to be biblical, what is expected and offered when joining Tab teams, areas to serve, and some truths to consider.
